I had the same issued and called tech support. According to them, I took out the SD
card while it was loading an update and it didn't download the file complete.. I did once
took out the SD card, but it was when there was no updating and the scanner was on
off. Now that I read your comment, I believe that there's a bug with that file. They fixed
by deleting the BMW film and then reinstating the file again.

I am having the exact same problem. After five trys the bug is still these. What should I do? I never took the SD card out tho.

Hi, had same problem. As the guys say, take out SD card and worked a treat.
